Parri Estate is a family wine company established by Peter, Alice and John Phillips in 1998.  Our aim is to produce wines that are a unique reflection of the region in which they are grown and the focus is very much on producing high quality estate grown wines, and equally, remain committed to both the environment and the consumer.

The Kaurna people, traditional owners of the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula used the word "Parri" to describe the rivers, creeks and gullies that surrounded them.

Our main vineyard at Mt Compass (shown in the top photo) has a unique cool maritime climate of the Southern Fleurieu which produces wines of great structure and elegance.

In 2001 the Phillips family purchased an additional vineyard in McLaren Vale (shown in the second photo) which is planted with vines up to 60 year of age. The Mediterranean climate of McLaren Vale produces bold, full-bodied reds.  This diversity between the two regions allows Parri Estate to produce estate grown wines which show true varietal and regional characteristics.
